Hello friend. Thank you for visiting the "Mac's Musings" page.

What is it and why is it here at all? There are times when I find things both positive and negative that I wish to comment on. These things are not always on the net, but at times are simple social comments which have moved me to speak my mind on a subject.

Please understand that anything written here is my own opinion only and does not reflect the opinion of any other person or group. I do not belong to any particular political party nor do I pretend to reflect any one else's views. In fact, I don't think the adherance to any political orgainzation is sensible as no one party has "all the right ideas" nor "all the wrong ideas". To align oneself againt any good idea that can help society in general is a fallacy and something I will not do.

I consider myself as simply one of the "people in the street" and here take the right to speak my mind on any subject I feel warrants comment. I have no ax to grind, and indeed, on these pages you will hopefully see as many positive comments as you will negative.

Also remember that there may be times when I change my mind about something I have commented on. I may have a different insight into what I said, as we all do at times. If that happens, I will try to write another piece stating that my views have changed on that subject, and why.
